"Gwen Longbine sold our house in July 2020. We listed the property on Monday and we were signing the offer we accepted by Tuesday evening. Gwen is knowledgeable, responsive, well-connected to other real estate agents and sellers, and is motivated to get the best offer. As we were selling our house, Gwen was also helping us purchase our next property. Because our house sold so quickly, we evaluated options and Gwen found the property that was the right for us, negotiating that as well. We highly recommend Gwen Longbine as your real estate agent!"
